Thales reports that its new-generation Targeting Long-Range Identification Optronic System (TALIOS) laser targeting pod has successfully completed qualification testing by the French defence procurement agency (DGA). The pod is a key element of the new Rafale F3-R standard for the French Air Force and French Navy. It is also compatible with other combat aircraft types.
